Articles of association

AAKs present Articles of Association were adopted by the Annual General Meeting of 19 May 2009. The articles of Association state that the objects of the Company are to conduct manufacturing and trading, primarily within the food industry, to own and manage shares and securities, and other associated activities. In the Articles of Association, the rights of the shareholders are set out, and also the number of members of the Board and auditors, that the Annual General Meeting shall be held annually within six months from the end of the financial year, the way in which notification of the Annual General Meeting shall be made, and that the Board of Directors of the Company shall have their registered office in Malmö, Sweden. The Company's financial year is a calender year. The Annual General Meeting shall be held in Karlshamn or Malmö.
