Whole meal bread

For this bread type,  big volume is not a main issue. Really dark hole meal bread are often baked without fat added. To reach a more tender bread, with more volume, fat is however sometimes used as baking aid.  AAK's pumpable bakery fat combines functionallity an convenience.
